So the NASA contract for the Spaceship lunar lander requires SpaceX Starship launches SIXTEEN times within a month and a half to put the propellant needed into orbit (and the propellant boils off if it’s done slower).
This means a launch every 3 days (or 6 days with two launch sites).
And the mission is planned for end of 2026.
Lol, yeah, nope.

How Evangelicals Use Digital Surveillance to Target the Unconverted - newrepublic.com/article/179397

Screenshot from part of a The New Republic article on an app being used by US christian evangelicals looking for people to convert in their neighbourhoods; which highlights some of the more egregious privacy violations of this app.

“One video obtained by The New Republic from missionary monitoring organization Beyneynu rates Houston suburbs with large Muslim populations as “shooting fish in a barrel” when it comes to evangelism. Kevin Greeson, Texas hub leader of Global Gates, a large missiona…

Despite gentrification, the Mission is still a progressive neighborhood with lots of solidarity for unhoused and other poor folks, but you wouldn't know that from the Inner Mission Neighborhood Association. They're your classic NIMBYs who hate encampments but also hate the tiny cabins site to get people out of encampments. Does it make sense? well no, but they've been too busy putting hostile planters everywhere to think about it much.

EAT THE REICH
The year is 1943. You are a team of crack vampire commandos with one mission: drink all of Hitler's blood.
This over-the-top, ultraviolent game is designed to be played from beginning to end in one to three sessions of carnage, blood magic, meaningful flashbacks and hundreds upon hundreds of extremely dead fascists. It tells one story, it tells it loud, and it tells it brilliantly.
Eat the Reich is a tabletop roleplaying game in which you, a vampire commando, are coffin-dropped into occupied Paris and must cut a bloody swathe through nazi forces en route to your ultimate goal: drinking all of Adolf Hitler’s blood.
This over-the-top, ultraviolent game is designed to be played from beginning to end in one to three sessions of carnage, blood magic, meaningful flashbacks and hundreds upon hundreds of extremely dead fascists. It tells one story, it tells it loud, and it tells it brilliantly. Think Wolfenstein crossed with Danger 5 and you’re not far off the mark.

You may not think about #Tim #Dunn.
Indeed, unless you’re a close observer of Texas politics, it’s likely you haven’t heard of him.
But Dunn thinks a lot about you.
For two decades he has been quietly, methodically, and patiently building a political machine that has pushed Texas forcefully to the right, sendi…
